    okay, when I am doing the oblique crunches with the leg swings I don’t feel it in my oblique I feel it in especially my shoulder and my bottom. Why don’t I feel it in my sides?

    I don’t think you will get the full benefits of the workout if you do not do it all at once. The thing is that the longer you keep your heart rate up, the better.
